Robust Production Capabilities

An industrial masterpiece blending advanced equipment with strict quality control. East Bay Group's fully integrated supply chain is built to handle the highest volumes and most demanding requirements of world-leading brands.

Core Stages

Our Vertically Integrated Manufacturing Process

01

Raw Material & Warping Preparation

We strictly select high-specification, premium yarns worldwide as our production source. Before knitting, the yarns undergo a precise warping process that carefully controls tension and alignment density, establishing a flawless foundation for subsequent high-speed weaving.

High-Precision Circular Knitting

East Bay Group possesses industry-leading knit fabric production capacity. Our facility operates over 500 high-precision circular knitting machines, consuming up to 3 million pounds of high-quality yarn monthly. We deliver stable and efficient output of everything from basic jersey and piqué to complex jacquards and functional fabrics.

Initial Greige Fabric Inspection

Once off the machine, greige fabric must pass a high-standard initial inspection before entering the dyeing and finishing stage. Using high-precision fabric-testing machines, we perform a thorough screening for physical defects such as unevenness, broken ends, and needle lines to prevent any flawed fabric from proceeding.

Fully Computerized Eco-Dyeing & Finishing

Dyeing and finishing are the soul of fabric texture. We have introduced industry-leading, large-scale continuous dyeing systems paired with fully computerized auto-dispensing control to eliminate manual color variance. Furthermore, our plant is equipped with top-tier singeing and brushing machines to give fabrics an exceptionally smooth touch and luxurious hand-feel.

In-house Comprehensive Lab QC System

Quality is East Bay's lifeline. Our round-the-clock, in-house laboratory is certified and trusted by multiple leading global brands. Before finished fabric is dispatched, it must pass a strict, multi-dimensional self-inspection system:

● Physical Properties Testing

Martindale abrasion, pilling, seam slippage, and tear/tensile strength testing.

● Color Performance Testing

All-around high-precision color fastness testing, including washing, perspiration, water staining, and light exposure.
